摘要 目的:了解黑龙江省8所三级甲等医院急诊科护士的职业认同与工作满意度的关系。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取黑龙江省8所三级甲等医院急诊科护士338名,采用职业认同量表、工作满意度量表对其进行调查。结果:急诊科护士的职业认同感评分低,直接影响其工作满意度;急诊科护士的职业认同与工作满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.570,P<0.01)。结论:相关管理部门应采取有效措施,提高急诊科护士职业认同感,增加工作满意度,保证护理质量。 Objective:To understand the relationship between nurses' professional identity and job satisfaction in emergency room among in Heilongjiang province.Methods:350nurses in emergency rooms were extracted from these 8level-III hospitals by using convenience sampling method.Vocational identity scale and job satisfaction scale were applied to investigate the selected nurses.Results:The sense of professional identity among emergency nurses scored low which directly affected their job satisfaction.The professional identity and the job satisfaction of nurses in emergency department were significantly positively correlated(r=0.570,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The relevant administrative departments should take effective measures to improve the emergency nurses' sense of professional identity,increase their job satisfaction so as to guarantee the quality of care.
