摘要
目的了解实习护生的职业认同感情况,分析其影响因素并提出对策。方法利用护士职业认同量表对衡阳市某医院实习的157名不同学历护生的职业认同现况进行调查,了解其影响因素。结果本科护生职业认同总体得分最低为(100.73±16.14)分,中专护生得分最高为(118.48±8.82)分;不同学历、不同志愿选择,职业认同得分不同,差异有统计学意义。逐步回归显示,志愿选择、学历能解释职业认同总变异的25.30%.结论大多数护生的职业认同处于中等水平,本科护生较非本科学历护生、非自愿选择较自愿选择护理专业的职业认同感低,护理教育者应给予正确引导。
Objective To investigate the sense of professional identity of different academic qualification nursing internship, and analyze the affecting factors, and thus formulate the coping strategies with the objective of enhancing the students sense of identity. Methods A survey was conducted on the sense of professional identity of 159 different academic qualification internship nursing majors practicing in 1 Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals in Hengyang City, Hunan province. The stepwise regression analysis was adopted. Results The overall score of the university students was the lowest,100.73 ± 16.14, and that of the technical secondary school students was the highest, 118.48 ± 8.82. The differences in their former choice of majors and in the different academic qualifications compared were statistically significant. The stepwise regression analysis revealed that the sense of professional identity was explained by 25.30% with heir former choice of majors and the different academic qualifications. Conclusion The overall sense of professional identity of nursing majors is on medium, but that sense of the university students and the choice of majors is low. Nursing educators should conduct correctly.
