摘要
研究目的:了解及分析新冠肺炎疫情大环境下护理专业学生(以下简称护生)的就业意向及其影响因素。方法:采用个人信息问卷、就业意向问卷以及半结构式间接访谈相结合的方式对某高校护生进行全样本调查研究。结果:护生就业意向较为多元化,但疫情对就业意向产生的正面影响较大。结论:护理教育者和社会有关部门应通过这次疫情对护生就业意向产生的正面影响,巩固学生正确的就业观,加强其责任感、使命感,推动护理行业健康发展。
Research purpose:To understand and analyze the employment intention and its influencing factors of nursing students(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)in the context of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:A complete sample of nursing students in a university was investigated by means of personal information questionnaire,employment intention questionnaire and semi-structured indirect interview.Results:The nursing students’employment intention was diversified,but the epidemic situation had a great impact on their employment intention.Conclusion:Nursing educators should consolidate the students’correct view of employment,strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission and promote a healthy development of the nursing industry through the positive impact of the epidemic on nursing students’employment intention.
