摘要
目的:了解高职毕业护生核心能力现状,探讨核心能力影响因素,为高职护生教育提供改进策略。方法:采用整群抽样问卷调查法,epidata3.0进行数据录入,SPSS 24.0进行描述性统计分析、方差分析及多元线性回归分析。结果:法律与伦理实践能力均值最高,评判性思维与科研能力均值最低;生源地、是否喜爱护理专业以及在校成绩均为高职护生核心能力的影响因素。
Objective:To understand the status quo of core competence of graduate nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges,explore the influencing factors of core competence.and provide improvement strategies for higher vocational nursing education.Met hods:Cluster sampling questionnaire,EpiData 3.0 for data entry,SPSS24.0 for descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result:The average value of law and ethics practice ability was the highest,and the average value of critical thinking and scientific research ability was the lowest.The origin of students,whether they like nursing specialty or not,and school performance were all the influencing factors of core competence of nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges.
