新课改背景下初中体育教师职业能力认同情况的调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用问卷调查法、访谈法等对新课程背景下体育教师职业能力的认同情况进行了研究。结果表明新课改背景下沈阳市初中体育教师对各种职业能力都有较高的认同度,相比之下,体育教师对反思能力、信息能力、科研能力的认同度较低,在认同上存在偏差,而其中男性体育教师的偏差更大。体育教师有10%认为整体职业能力水平高于自身职业能力水平;50.8%的体育教师认为整体职业能力水平低于自身职业能力水平。建议通过在职培训使部分体育教师改变错误的观念;为避免体育教师的过度自信影响其职业能力的发展,教育相关部门要制定体育教师职业能力标准。 The thesis uses questionnaire and interviews to study the identities of profession competence of P. E. teachers under the background of new curriculum reform, The results show that the identities of P. E. teachers are high whereas the competence of reflection, information, scientific research are on the low side. It has warp on identities especially the male P. E. teachers. 10 % P.E. teachers think that the level of profession competence of whole P. E. teachers is higher than themselves. 50.8 % P.E. teachers think that the level of profession competence of whole P. E. teachers is lower than themselves. Suggestions are to deepen the training of incumbency P. E. teachers and helping them fulfill the identities and exchanging the profession role. In order to avoid the P. E. teachers excess self-confidence, which affects development of their profession competence, we should establish the standard of P. E. teachers' profession competence.
