中学体育教师工作倦怠、离职倾向与社会支持的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 以中学体育教师为研究对象,探讨当前中学体育教师的工作倦怠情况及其离职倾向。结果显示:当前中学体育教师的工作倦怠情况令人担忧,情绪衰竭水平已经达到中等程度;其中性别差异上女性体育教师的个人成就感降低的程度要高于男性教师;不同教龄的中学教师在情绪衰竭、个人成就感降低维度有显著差异;三种类型学校的教师在情绪衰竭和去人性化维度上的得分存在显著差异,在个人成就感降低维度上的得分不存在显著差异。中学体育教师离职倾向的平均分数为2.98分,已经超过了中等分数。工作倦怠是导致离职倾向的重要因素。社会支持有利于降低教师的工作倦怠和离职倾向,但同事支持有可能升高倦怠指数。 Focusing on middle school sports teachers, this paper investigates their job burnout and turnover intention. The result shows that job burnout of sports teachers has been a serious issue and their emotional exhaustion has reached medium state. The decrease of sense of personal achievement of female teachers is more obvious than that of male teachers. Teachers of different school ages are obviously different in emotional exhaustion and sense of personal achievement. Teachers from three different types of schools are quite different in emotional exhaustion and dehumanization dimensions, while they seems to be the same in the decrease dimension of sense of personal achievement. The average score of turnover intention is 2.98, which has exceeded average medium range. Job burnout is the vital cause of turnover intention. Social Support can reduce job burnout and turnover intention of sports teachers, while support from colleagues may increase exhaustion rate.
