摘要
目的了解上海市住培医师培训满意度的现况及相关影响因素,为提高该群体的培训满意度提出针对性的举措。方法以上海市4所住院医师规范化培训基地临床医学专业的住培医师为研究对象,从中完全随机抽样318位住培医师,应用明尼苏达工作满意度量表(中国版)和自设条目进行问卷调研。结果参加调研住培医师的"内在满意度"得分均值为40.96±7.241,"外在满意度"得分均值为19.78±3.910,总体满意度总得分均值为67.90±11.503。睡眠时间与培训满意度的各维度得分呈显著正相关性,而工作时间与外在培训满意度呈负相关;年龄越大、学历越高、参加规培的时间越长、对收入的满意度越低的住培医师其培训满意度则越低,且已婚者较未婚者、有工作经历者较无工作经历者的满意度得分较低。结论上海市住培医师的培训满意度总体为中等水平。不断优化住院医师规范化培训制度,改善住培医师的工作环境,提高收入待遇,重视对其人文关怀将有助于提高住培医师的培训满意度。
Objective To explore the current situation and influential factors of job satisfaction among standardized trainingresidents in Shanghai and to put forward measures of improving their job satisfaction.Methods A randomized samplingwas used to recruit318standardized training residents from4training bases in Shanghai to participate in this questionnairebasedsurvey.The questionnaire included both Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire(MSQ)and some other socio-demographicitems.Results The average score of intrinsic satisfaction,extrinsic satisfaction and overall job satisfaction were40.96±7.241,19.78±3.910and67.90±11.503respectively.And the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of3-dimensions ofjob satisfaction were positively correlated with average sleep time(per week),while the scores of extrinsic job satisfaction werenegatively correlated with average work time(per week).Comparison analysis(t/F test)showed residents who were older,marriedand had previous work experience,longer training years and less salary satisfaction would get lower scores in overall satisfaction.Conclusion Standardized training residents in Shanghai enjoyed a moderate level of job satisfaction.And offering better workenvironment,increasing residents’satisfaction of salary and improving training methods and humanistic care may help increase thejob satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai.
