摘要
食品分析是一门多学科交叉,应用性强的基础课程,实验教学在整个教学过程中占有特殊的地位。随着食品分析采用的各种分离、分析实验技术的不断完善和更新,应根据实验教学的特点,转变教育观念,改革实验课程教学方法,以适应新时代创新人才的培养与发展,为学生今后的学习和实际工作打下良好的基础,使食品分析在保护食品安全中发挥更大作用。
Food Analysis is the experimental and applied basic course. However, with the progress of instrument analysis, tradi- tional mode of experiment teaching impeded the development of student. Exploration is both inevitable and necessary. Experiment teaching reform can enhance the students＇ creative ability ＂and cultivate the student＇s practical ability.
