摘要
食品分析是职业院校食品类专业的重要专业课。为了更好地培养学生的动手能力和操作技能,漯河食品职业学院食品工程系在实验内容、教学方法、考核办法等方面,对食品分析实验课程的教学进行了一些有益的改革与探索,激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,有效提高了教学效果。
Food analysis was an important professional curriculum of food specialty in vocational education. In order to cultivate operation ability of the students and improve the teaching effect, the experiment content, teaching way, check method and so on. Food analysis were reformed and explored.
