摘要
怎样提高食品分析实验课教学效果,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,全面提高学生的综合素质,是食品分析实验课程改革的首要问题。本文主要从实验教学理念创新、实验教学内容创新、实验教学手段创新和实验教学考核制度的改革等方面阐述了食品分析实验课的教学改革。
In order to develop students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability, enhance students＇ comprehensive quality, how to improve the quality of the experimental teaching of Food Analysis, is the main point of the experimental teaching reform of Food Analysis. The study discusses the reform and innovation on the experimental teaching of Food Analysi from teaching ideas,teaching contents, teaching means, and curriculum assessment.
