摘要
"食品分析"是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课之一,结合笔者的教学经验,对课程的教学内容、教学方法、考核方式和实验教学等方面进行了探索,以期为"食品分析"课程教学提供一定的参考。
Food Analysis is one of the professional basic courses of food science and engineering specialty and food quality and safety specialty.Based on the combination of the teaching experience of the author,in view of the teaching contents,teaching methods,examination mode and experimental teaching has carried on the exploration.It is expected to provide some reference for the teaching of Food Analysis course.
