摘要
当前人们的物质消费水平不断上升,对食物的要求不再仅局限于吃饱层面,而是更多地关注食品安全质量以及食物的营养价值等。国家相关部门对于食品质量的检验工作逐渐加强并采取了一系列措施保证食品质量。本文以当前食品质量工作为核心,从食品质量分析以及检验工作要点、入手,探讨如何进一步提升食品质量分析以及检验工作的质量和水平。
At present,the people's material consumption level is rising.The demand for food is not confined to the level of satiety,but more attention is paid to the quality of food safety and the nutritional value of food.Relevant departments of the state have gradually improved the inspection of food quality and taken a series of measures to ensure food quality. Based on the current food quality work as the core,starting from the main points of food quality analysis and inspection work,this paper discusses how to further improve the quality and level of food quality analysis and inspection work.
