摘要
对水蒸汽法蒸氨系统进行节能分析,通过对二次蒸汽的回收利用和蒸氨废水的热量回收,降低了蒸汽单耗。利用化工模拟软件对蒸氨装置进行模拟,为技术改造提供了依据。
The energy-saving analysis was made on ammonia stripping with water steam method, by means of recovery and utilization of secondary steam and heat recovery of stripped water, the steam consumption rate is reduced. The analogue was made on ammonia stripping system by means of chemical engineering analogue software, which has offered a basis for technical modification.
