摘要
介绍了氨回收工艺流程、蒸氨塔主要技术参数及腐蚀情况 ,分析了产生腐蚀的原因 ,从控制氨水中Cl-、O2 含量和选材方面采取了防护措施 ,总结了实施效果。
Author introduced the process flow of ammonia recov er y,main technical parameters of ammonia vaporizing tower and its corrosive situ ation;analyzed the caused reason of corrosion;protective measures were adopt ed from the aspects of controlling contents of Cl - and O 2 in ammonia water, executive effect was summarized.
