摘要
比较各种蒸氨工艺的优缺点,提出酒钢焦化厂利用焦炉烟气余热进行蒸氨的工艺方案。利用焦炉烟气余热蒸氨,可极大程度的提高能源利用水平,减少废水排放,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various ammonia dis- tillation processes, and put forward a new ammonia distillation process scheme by utilizing waste heat of the coke oven flue gas in JISCO. The new ammonia distillation technology can improve the using level of energy, reduce the amount of waste water discharge greatly and bring a better economic and social benefit.
