摘要
文章结合兖矿国际焦化有限公司化产车间所采用的氨硫循环洗涤-脱酸蒸氨-氨分解硫回收工艺,简要介绍了系统工艺流程和反应原理,对脱酸蒸氨装置生产中存在的问题进行了原因分析,并给出了优化措施。
Combining with the process of ammonia and sulfur cycle washing, acid stripping and Steamed ammonia, ammonia decomposition and sulfur recovery in Yankuang International Coking Limited Company chemical products workshop, the paper briefly introduced the system technological process and the reaction principle, the reason of the problems on the acid stripping and Steamed ammonia were analyzed, the optimization measures were presented.
