摘要
对脱酸—蒸氨工艺废水中的氨氮和硫化物上升的原因和主要影响因素进行了分析,经采取定时测定废水pH值、控制加碱量、提高氨分解炉效率等措施,结果显示蒸氨废水中氨氮和硫化物含量明显降低。
In order to improve the quality of waste liquids in deacidify-distilling ammonia technological process,and to analyze the reasons for the decreasing of quality of the waste liquids and its main influence factors,measurements are taken by measuring the pH of waste liquids in different time,controling the quantity of alkali,raising the ammonia calciner efficiency etc..In this way the content of ammonia nitrogen and sulfides in waste liquids were decreased significantly,the waste liquids quality has been improved.
