摘要
为解决氢氧化钠分解固定铵盐蒸氨工艺氨水泵前加碱存在的板式换热器堵塞和加碱不稳定等问题,采用计量泵加碱的改造方法,解决了存在的问题,取得了良好效果,确保了蒸氨出水氨氮合格。
In order to solve the problems of heat exchanger block up and unsteady operation during alkaline liquor addition existed in the ammonia distillation of decompounding fixed ammonium salt by sodium hydroxide, the method of adding alkaline liquor by a metering pump was adopted. A satisfactory result was obtained to make sure of the eligibility of the NH3-N contained in the sewage drained from the distillation tower.
