摘要
介绍了焦炉煤气净化系统蒸氨新工艺技术及其特点。蒸氨塔采用导热油间接加热方式,蒸氨塔塔板采用多溢流复合型斜孔塔板技术,蒸氨塔分段防腐设计。新工艺技术分离效率高,能耗低,污染少,操作环境好,经济效益显著。
The new technology for ammonia distillation in coke oven gas purification system and its characteristics are introduced. The indirect heating mode of heat conducting oil, multiple overflow and complex plates with oblique holes and segmental corrosion protection design are adopted in ammonia distillation column. The new technology has characteristics of high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, less pollution and remarkable economic benefit.
