摘要
采用蒸氨法脱除垃圾渗滤液中的氨氮,并将氨氮以氨水的形式回收,用于垃圾焚烧发电厂的烟气处理。中试结果表明,蒸氨系统对渗滤液中氨氮的脱除率高达95%以上,同时可使碱度、硬度和电导率分别下降47%、44%,32%,综合运行成本约为11.4元/m^3,实现了氨氮的资源化利用,而且可大大降低渗滤液的后续达标处理难度。
Ammonia nitrogen in landfill leachate was removed by ammonia evaporation method, and the ammonia nitrogen was recovered in the form of ammonia water, which was used for flue gas treatment in a waste-to energy plant. The pilot test results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the leachate by the ammonia evaporation system was above 95%, and the alkalinity, hardness and conductivity of leachate could be decreased by 47%, 44% and 32%, respectively. In addition, the comprehensive operation cost was about 11.4 yuan/m^3, and resource utilization of ammonia nitrogen was realized, which greatly reduced the difficulty of the subsequent treatment of the leachate to reach the emission standard.
