摘要
以休眠期花魔芋的球茎、根壮茎、鳞片、花芽、叶芽为外植体诱导再生植株,结果表明:接种于MS+6- BA1mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L的培养基中的花芽内层粉红色鳞片为最佳外植体,培养期间不发生溶胀,污染率、褐变 率、死亡率低,愈伤率达100%,继续培养可分化芽、根,于3月底~4月中旬形成完整植株.能在魔芋播种季节进行 试管苗移栽,保证了种芋的生长时间,有利于提高产量和生产效益.
A · Knojac induce callus by using its corms, squamas, sproutings and rhizomes as the explants, the chosen medium is MS + 6 - BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L, it can be found that the squamas of the flower buds in the middle layer and the leaf buds are the optimum medium to be explanted . Highest rate 100% of inducement of callus could be developed into plants when it was obtained on MS + 6 - BAlmg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L. It is efficient to inducing callus under 6 - BA is 1-2 mg/L and NAA is 0.5 - 1 rag/L, KT is inefficient to inducing.
