摘要
对园艺植物组织培养中的褐化现象,参与褐化反应的酚类物质和酚氧化酶,影响褐变的生物因素、培养基种类和成分、培养条件等因素的研究进展作评述,并综合提出减轻褐变的有关措施。
Browning phenomenon is often observed in tissue culture of horticultural plants. Studies on the browning, phenolic substances, phenol oxidase, the influence factors such as biology, medium sorts and ingredients, culture condition, etc. are reviewed. Finally, the antibrowning techniques are summarized.
