摘要
以五叶地锦带芽茎段为外植体,在MS附加6-BA1.0mg/L、2,4-D0.5mg/L的培养基上诱导得到结构良好的愈伤组织,Ms附加6-BA0.5mg/L和2,4-D0.1mg/L的培养基是愈伤组织继代培养的最佳培养基。继代周期为30d可有效降低愈伤组织继代过程中的褐化现象。
In this paper, the stem with buds of Parthenocissus quinquefolia was cultivated on the Murashige and Skoog's medium supplemented with 6-BA1. 0 mg/L and 2,4-D0. 5 mg/L, callus was induced. Murashige and Skoog's medium supplemented with 6-BA0. 5 mg/L and 2,4-D0. 1 mg/L was the best for callus subculture. The days of subculture which can reduce browning of callus were 30 days.
