摘要
用酶法制备魔芋(Amorphophallus)幼叶、鳞片和叶柄的原生质体,在改良BSB、D_(2a)和MS 附加多种植物生长调节剂的培养基上得到大量分裂。
Protoplasts were isolated enzymatically from young leaves,bud scales and petioles ofAmorphophallus albus Liu et Chen and A.rivieri Durieu.High rate of division ofprotoplasts was gained in modified BSB,D_(2a) or MS liquid media with or without the addi-tion of NAA,2,4-D,BA,KT or GA_3.
