摘要
以甜魔芋球茎为外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导、芽分化及植株再生研究。结果表明:球茎在MS附加1.5mg/LBA和1.5mg/LNAA的培养基中,愈伤组织诱导率达100%;在MS附加1.0~1.5mg/LBA和0.2mg/LNAA分化培养基中,其分化率达90%以上;不定芽在生根培养基MS附加0.5mg/LBA和0.2mg/LNAA上,能100%生根形成完整的植株。
The corm of Amorphophallus sp. was used as explants for callus induction, bud differentiation and plant regeneration. It showed that the corms give a callus induction frequency of 100% when cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 1.5 mg/L and NAA 1.5 mg/L. Bud differentiation rate of more than 90% was obtained when cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 1.0~1.5 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L. All adventitious buds rooted and formed whole plants in the rooting medium (MS medium supplemented with BA (0.2) mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L).
