摘要
高性能计算、服务器等产品研制对加固设备提出较高的散热能力需求,而现有的机箱级风冷和机箱级液冷散热架构传热路径长、热阻大导致计算机散热性能差。基于穿透式液冷散热架构,通过开展穿透式散热架构设计技术、机箱及模块流道优化设计技术、液冷模块成型工艺及检测技术、穿透式机箱模块密封性设计技术,研制高散热效能、高体积散热能力的穿透式液冷计算机散热系统一套,形成穿透式液冷计算机设计指南,满足高性能大功率计算机、服务器对散热系统高散热效能、高体积散热能力的应用需求。
The existing chassis-level air-cooled and chassis-level liquid-cooled heat dissipation architectures have long heat transfer paths and large thermal resistance,resulting in poor heat dissipation performance of the computer.Based on the penetrating liquid cooling heat dissipation architecture,the trans-missive heat dissipation architecture design technology,the chassis and module flow channel optimization design technology,the liquid cooling module molding process and detection technology,and the penetrating chassis module sealing design technology are developed to develop high heat dissipation performance.A set of penetrating liquid-cooled computer cooling system with high heat dissipation capability forms a design guide for penetrating liquid-cooled computers to meet the application requirements of high-performance high-power computers and servers for high heat dissipation performance and high volume heat dissipation capability of the heat dissipation system.
