摘要
针对某机载指令发射机安装空间有限,所能提供的冷却风很少,冷却困难的情况,创新性地将相变冷却技术引入发射机的热设计中,提出了强迫风冷加相变冷却相结合的冷却方法。发射机热设计及其试验验证结果表明,这种冷却方法可以很好地解决发射机的冷却问题。这一成果将为新一代高性能机载雷达的研制工作奠定良好的技术基础。
Installation space of an airborne command transmitter is limited and cooling is difficult because of the few cooling air.This paper innovatively introduces phase change cooling technology into the thermal design of the transmitter and proposes a new cooling method of forced air cooling together with phase change cooling.The results of thermal design and its experiments show that this cooling method can effectively solve the transmitter cooling problem.Research results of this paper will lay a good foundation for the development of high performance airborne radar.
