摘要
针对电子设备中高功率器件的热设计问题,介绍了一种实用的强迫风冷散热设计方法。并以某发射机的强迫风冷散热设计为例,详细阐述了此方法的设计计算过程,给出了强迫风冷系统合理的设计结果。
Aiming at the thermal design problem of high-power components in electronic equipments, this paper introduces one practical thermal design method of forced air cooling of electronic equipment. With a example design of a transmitter, the design and computation process of the method is discussed in detail, and reasonable design result of forced air cooling is presented.
