摘要
介绍一双极型芯片的热模拟系统。该系统通过对双极型芯片的分析、提取得到其电路信息及几何信息,经电学模拟检查其电学性能的好坏并得到各发热器件的电流和电压,尔后用热传导理论分析芯片的温度分布状况,并以直观的图形方式显示芯片的温度场等值图形。本系统为双极电路的设计人员提供参考,检查其温度分布是否合理均匀。
This paper presents a heat distribution simulator for bipolar IC chips.By extracting the chip's electrical and geometrical information,the simulator checks its electrical performance by electrical simulation to get the electric current and voltage of every heat emitted devices,then uses the heat conducting theory to analyze the chip's temperature distribution and displays the temperature fields by geaphics.This simulator is designed for the designing staff of bipolar chips to improve the reliability of the IC products.
