摘要
在传热学理论的基础上,介绍了Icepak的特点及求解过程。以笔记本电脑为例,利用Icepak软件对电子设备的计算域进行仿真,并对其进行了热分析,讨论了散热方式的选择和具体的热设计,最终使其满足温度控制的要求。
Based on theory of the heat transfer theory, here the features and its solution of Icepak is introduced. Taking handy computer as an example, the calculation region of the electronic facilities is simulated by means of Icepak software, and the thermal analysis is carried. We discuss how to choose the radiation ways, and the detailed thermal design to meet the need of temperature control.
