摘要
针对某雷达发射机机柜的热设计要求,采用集中送风,按需分配的设计思路,以Flotherm仿真软件为辅助设计工具,较好地解决了发射机机柜的油箱、调制器以及各分机的热设计问题。速调管收集极使用单独的风道来强迫风冷。分机结构设计为封闭形式,散热翅片外置。整个方案具有设计合理、可靠性高和结构简单等特点。
A thermal design of central air supply and air quantity distribution have been implemented for a transmitter cabinet according to its thermal design requirements.This paper significantly solves the thermal problems of oil box,modulator and subassemblies with assistance of simulation software-flotherm.A separate air duct is designed in order to cool klystron collector by forced air cooling method.The subassembly adopts closed structure with radiator mounted outside.The entire scheme has specialties of reasonableness,high reliability and structural simpleness.
