摘要
介绍了一种基于VITA标准的穿通液冷模块的设计,详细叙述了模块的外形尺寸、模块组成。并对模块进行了两种状态的热仿真分析,通过仿真验证该高热耗模块,采用穿通液冷方式进行散热的可行性。目前,该模块已完成生产并在某型号项目中完成了调试,论证了该设计方案可行。
Introducing a design for penetrating liquid cooling based on VITA standard module,and the dimensions of the module are described in detail.The thermal simulation analysis of the module is carried out in two states.Through the analysis,the feasibility of adopting penetrating liquid cooling is verified.At present,the module has been completed production and debugging in a certain type of project,proving that the design is feasible.
