摘要
为了提高煤炭的开采效率以及设备的使用寿命,以MG700刮板输送机调速系统改造为研究对象,基于综采面刮板输送机与液压支架和采煤机之间的协同工作关系,设计了调速系统,构建了刮板输送机不同负载状态与采煤机运行速度位置方向之间的关系模型。经过不断的调试与运行,所设计的调速系统整体实现了对刮板输送机转速的实时调控,达到了预期目标。
In orden to improre mining officiency and lifeipan, taking MG700 scraper conveyor speed regulation system modification as the research object, based on the synergistic working relationship between scraper conveyor, hydraulic support and coal mining machine at the comprehensive mining face is introduced, the overall structure of the speed regulation system is designed The relationship model between different load states of the scraper conveyor and the running speed position direction of the coal mining machine is constructed, and finally, after continuous debugging and operation, the system as a whole realizes the control of the scraper conveyor speedto achieve goals.
