摘要
为了提高5103工作面综采设备回撤效率,在对工作面设备构成以及搬运路线分析基础上重点对液压支架回撤及运输进行优化,采用单通道双翼回撤工艺对液压支架进行回撤。现场应用表明,采用提出的综采设备回撤搬运技术后,整个综采设备回撤及安装耗时在20d以内,较以往矿井采用的设备搬家工艺耗时降低1/2,取得显著的应用成果。
In order to improve the withdrawal efficiency of fully mechanized mining equipment in 5103 working face,based on the analysis of the equipment composition and transportation route of the working face,this paper focuses on the optimization of the withdrawal and transportation of the hydraulic support,the hydraulic support was withdrawn by single channel and double wing technology.Field application shows that,after adopting the technology of withdrawing and transporting fully mechanized mining equipment,it takes less than 20d to withdraw and install the whole fully mechanized mining equipment,compared with the previous mine equipment moving process,the time consumption is reduced by 1/2,remarkable application results have been achieved.
