摘要
针对2205综放工作面回撤通道断面大、顶板变形严重问题,提出在满足综放设备回撤需要基础上以缩小回撤通道断面为核心的支护优化技术,并对优化后的回撤通道支护参数进行设计。现场应用后,回撤通道宽度由3800 mm缩小至3300 mm,顶板支护用Π型钢梁变形量由520 mm缩小至70 mm,作业人员巷帮刷扩量减少195 m^(3),取得较为显著的应用成果。
Aiming at the problems of large section and serious roof deformation in the 2205 fully mechanized top coal caving face,a support optimization technology based on reducing the section of the withdrawal channel is proposed,and the optimized support parameters of the withdrawal channel are designed.After field application,the width of withdrawal channel is reduced from 3800 mm to 3300 mm,the deformation ofΠsteel beam for roof support is reduced from 520 mm to 70 mm,and the expansion of roadway brush is reduced by 195 m^(3),which has achieved remarkable application results.
