厚煤层综放工作面顶板支护技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了更好的促进矿井生产,在对5号煤层顶板岩性、厚度等进行综合分析基础上,对顶板类型进行了划分,并从液压支架支护阻力、支架顶梁与顶板接触情况、工作面煤壁片帮以及运输巷漏顶等方面对矿压显现进行综合分析。根据矿压监测结果,建议适当提高工作面支架的支撑强度及支护阻力。通过理论计算分析以及矿压监测数据,条件下,采煤工作面液压支架的合理支护强度应在1.35MPa以上。 In order to better promote mine production,based on the comprehensive analysis of roof lithology and thickness of coal seam 5,the roof types are classified,and from the hydraulic support resistance,the support top beam and roof contact,the coal wall of the working face,as well as the transportation roadway roof leakage and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis of the mine pressure.According to the monitoring results of mine pressure,it is suggested that the support strength and resistance of the support should be increased properly.Through theoretical calculation and analysis and monitoring data of mine pressure,the reasonable support strength of hydraulic support in coal face should be more than 1.35MPa.
