摘要
提出一种输送机视频调速智能控制系统,用于解决现有视频调速控制系统存在的图像处理效率低、精确性差、煤量与带速匹配逻辑落后的缺陷。通过建立输送机运行带速模型,采用三维点云图像提取和建模技术,实现对视频监控图像的精确判断,并且建立一套带速与煤量匹配逻辑。井下实际应用表明,输送机视频调速智能控制系统能够显著降低输送机运行时的带速和能耗,提高运行经济性。
An intelligent control system for video speed regulation of conveyor was proposed,which is used to solve the defects of low image processing efficiency,poor accuracy and backward matching logic between coal quantity and belt speed existing in the existing video speed regulation control system.By establishing the conveyor running belt speed model,the three-dimensional point cloud image extraction and modeling technology was used to realize the accurate judgment of the video surveillance image,and a set of matching logic between belt speed and coal quantity was established.The practical application of underground shows that the intelligent control system for video speed regulation of conveyor can significantly reduce the belt speed and energy consumption of the conveyor during operation,and improve the operation economy.
