摘要
首先,对刮板输送机进行了概述;其次,分析了刮板输送机变频驱动控制技术,简要叙述了各部分电路原理;接着,在重型刮板输送机采用多电机驱动的情况下,给出了电机功率平衡技术的实现原理和方案;最后,为实现与采煤机配合,避免“大马拉小车”等现象,研究了基于粒子群多目标优化算法的刮板输送机与采煤机协同调速技术的实现策略。
Firstly,the scraper conveyor is summarized.Secondly,the variable-frequency drive control technology of scraper conveyor is analyzed,and the circuit principle of each part is briefly described.Thirdly,under the condition of multi motor driving of heavy scraper conveyor,the realization principle and scheme of motor power balance technology are given.Finally,in order to realize the cooperation with the shearer and avoid the phenomenon of"big horse-drawn trolley",the realization strategy of the coordinated speed control technology of the scraper conveyor and the shearer based on the particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm is studied.
