摘要
采煤机的传动齿轮是采煤机承载较大的构件,对采煤机的稳定使用具有重要的作用。不同材质传动齿轮的疲劳性能不同,对采煤机使用的稳定性造成不同的影响。采用试验机加载的形式,对两种材质的齿轮疲劳寿命进行分析。结果表明,在采煤机长时间作业的中低载荷区域内,18Cr2Ni4W齿轮的接触疲劳性能要优于17Cr Ni Mo6;在重载区域内,两种材质齿轮的疲劳寿命性能相差不大。
The transmission gear of a shearer is a component with a large load capacity,which plays an important role in the stable use of the shearer.The fatigue performance of transmission gears made of different materials varies,which has different impacts on the stability of coal mining machines.Analyze the fatigue life of two types of gears using a testing machine loading analysis.The results show that the contact fatigue performance of 18Cr2Ni4W gears is better than that of 17Cr Ni Mo6 in the medium and low load areas of long-term operation of coal mining machines;In heavy-duty areas,the fatigue life performance of the two types of gears is not significantly different.
