刮板输送机传动装置监测系统的设计与研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对刮板输送机传动系统故障率较高的特点,基于组态王监控平台,结合数据采集装置和无线信号传输模块,设计了一套刮板输送机传动装置监测系统,实现了对电动机的转速、机身温度、电压、电流,减速器的油温、油位、高低速轴轴温、冷却水流量和温度等参数的实时显示、故障报警、报表查询、存储和打印功能。试验表明,该系统具有较强的实时性和可靠性。 Aiming at high malfunction rate of transmission of scraper conveyor,a monitoring system for transmission of scraper conveyor was designed in combination with data acquisition unit and wireless transmitting module,KingView serving as the monitoring platform.The system can detect the speed,body temperature,voltage,current of the motor as well as the oil temperature,oil level,temperature of high-speed and low-speed shaft,flow and temperature of cooling water.It also can realize real-time display of parameters,fault alarming as well as report query,storage and printing.The experiment shows that the system has high real-time performance and reliability.
