摘要 针对刮板机在井下运行存在能源浪费和磨损严重的现状,本课题通过结合刮板机和采煤机在井下的生产工艺,提出一种基于模糊控制的智能调速方案。通过生产经验和现场考察论证,选取刮板机的转矩和采煤机相对机头的位置,作为刮板机负载预测的重要参数,通过模糊推理得出相对应的转速。通过仿真分析,得出基于刮板机转矩和采煤机位置的智能调速系统具有较好的系统跟随性和抗干扰性。同时该智能调系统相比于传统的恒功率或恒转速模式,极大地减少了电能消耗和设备磨损,提高了企业的效益。 In view of the fact that the scraper has serious energy waste and wear in the down hole operation,the subject proposes an intelligent speed control program based on fuzzy control by combining the production technology of the scraper and the shearer in the down hole. Through production experience and field investigation and demonstration,the torque of the scraper and the position of the shearer relative to the nose were selected as the important parameters for the load prediction of the scraper,and the corresponding rotational speed was obtained through fuzzy inference. Through simulation and analysis,it is concluded that the intelligent speed control system based on the scraper torque and shearer position has good system follow ability and anti-jamming performance. At the same time,the intelligent adjusting system has greatly reduced the power consumption and equipment wear compared with the traditional constant power or constant speed mode,and improved the efficiency of the enterprise.
