摘要
针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,通过自制调查问卷,对住院医师从面对疫情的心理感受、外部环境对心理认知的影响、职业精神培养认知、培训基地人文关怀等方面进行调查。对调查发现的住院医师职业精神认知与践行存在知行背离现象,住院医师心理干预与疏导,以及心理支持外部环境建设有待进一步加强等问题,提出加强住院医师公共卫生事件防控能力培训,建立有效的职业精神培养考评体系,将临床能力培训与职业精神培养相结合,外部心理支持环境和氛围营造与住院医师内部心理引导激发相结合,促进住院医师职业精神培养知行合一等规范化培训的对策与建议,为健全住院医师规范化培训与考评体系,培养优秀的医生提供有益借鉴。
To cope with the COVID-19 epidemic situation,through the self-made questionnaire,this paper investigated resident physicians from varies aspects including psychological feelings in the face of the epidemic situation,the influence of external environment on psychological cognition,the cognition of medical professionalism training,and humanistic care of training base.The investigation uncovered that problems including the deviation between knowledge and practice in medical professionalism cognition of resident physicians,the psychological intervention and guidance of the residents,and the construction of the external environment for psychological support needs to be further strengthened.The paper also proposed to strengthen the training of the residents’ability to prevent and control public health events,establish an effective evaluation system for the cultivation of medical professionalism,and integrate the clinical ability training with the cultivation of medical professionalism,as well as the combination of external psychological support environment and atmosphere construction with internal psychological guidance stimulation of resident doctors,and give countermeasures and suggestions to promote the standardized training of the integration of knowledge and practice in the cultivation of medical professionalism of resident physicians.This paper provided references for improving the standardized training and evaluation system of resident physicians and cultivating excellent doctors.
