摘要
分析了医改背景下医务人员职业精神内涵和影响职业精神建设的因素,针对职业精神建设中医务人员情感认同缺乏、职业价值标准模糊等问题,建议完善职业精神认知、健全激励制度以及树立医务人员正面公众形象,做好医务人员职业精神建设,全面提高医院服务质量,构建和谐医患关系。
The concept and its influence factors of medical staff’s professionalism under the background of healthcare reform were analyzed.Based on the problems of lack of emotional identification and ambiguous of career value in professionalism construction,suggestions such as deepening professionalism awareness,promoting incentive mechanism and building good public image has been presented to improve medical staff’s professionalism,medical quality and construct harmonious hospital patient relationship.
