摘要
全国268家中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)基地、协同单位和基层培养基地是培养中医临床医生的摇篮。中医住培自开展以来,取得了丰硕的成果,但同时也暴露出一些问题,尤其是中医住培基地在培养住培医生纯中医诊疗能力方面面临一些问题与挑战,需要制定相应的对策予以解决,以全面提升住培医生的纯中医诊疗能力。
The 268 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)residential training bases,cooperative units and grass-roots training bases in China are the cradles for training TCM clinicians.Since China launched the standardized training of TCM residents,they have achieved fruitful results,but also exposed some problems.In particular,the TCM residential training bases face some problems and challenges in cultivating the pure TCM diagnosis and treatment ability of resident doctors,which need to be solved by formulating corresponding countermeasures,strive to comprehensively improve the pure TCM diagnosis and treatment ability of resident doctors in residential training base of TCM.
