摘要
目的 :调查并分析青年医师关注的职业热点,并从不同维度探讨医院青年医师职业精神状况。方法 :采取整群抽样方法抽取南通市第一人民医院和南通市中医院40岁以下的青年医师为调查对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0统计软件包对收集到的数据进行整理和分析。结果:医疗卫生群体职业精神建设起积极促进作用的核心因素构成前三位:职业责任占26.1%,职业理想占25.0%,职业态度占20.2%。女性在职业理想和职业技能两个维度优于男性,已婚青年医师人员职业技能优于未婚医师,初级医院青年医师职业作风显著优于中级及以上,余维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同学历青年医师职业精神状况各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医院青年医师的职业精神状态在不同维度不尽相同,通过自制量表的调查与分析,可以针对性地加强青年医师职业精神状况建设。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the ocupational hot topics that young doctor focuses on and to explore their professionalism status from multiple dimensions. Methods:Doctors under 40 years old from Nantong First People's Hospital and Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected by cluster sampling to take a questionnaire survey. Collected data was processed and analyzed on SPSS19.0. Results:The three most influnetial core factors that are positive to the profesionalism construction of heahheare personnel were professional responsibifity,professional ambition and professional attitude,respectively taking up 26.1% ,25.0% and 20.2%. Females presented advantages in professional ambition and skills over males. Married young doctors showed better profesional skills than the unmarried ones. Junior doctors had significantly hetter professional habits than those with professional titles of middle rank or above. No statistically significant differences were found in the rest dimensions (P 〉 0.05). The professionalism status of young doctors with different academic degrees showed no statistically significant differences in all the dimensions (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions:There are diffeerences in the professionalism status of young medical personnel from different dimensions. Through the survey and analysis based on a self-made scale,the professionalism construction of young doctors can be more specific strengthened.
