摘要
在职业教育现代化发展进入新阶段的背景下,高职教师职称改革成为近年来的研究新热点,教师职称改革研究对思考职业教育发展要求、构建教师队伍和能力提升起着重要作用。首先介绍高职院校教师职称改革背景,然后综述教师职称制度在高职院校评审中存在的问题及改革的对策,最后总结研究现状并指出后续研究方向。
Under the background that the modernization of vocational education has entered a new stage,the reform of higher vocational teachers’academic rank system has become a new research hotspot in recent years.The research on this reform plays an important role in thinking about the development requirements of vocational education,building up teachers’team and improving their ability.This paper first introduces the background of this reform in higher vocational colleges,and then summarizes the problems existing in the evaluation of teachers’academic rank in higher vocational colleges and the reform countermeasures.Finally,it summarizes the research status and points out the future research direction.
