摘要
分析了福建省卫生管理高级专业技术职称考、评等方面的现状,认为该体系存在卫生管理岗部分同志的职称晋升难、高级职称评审专家库有待充实与完善、缺乏专业化卫生管理继续教育门类等问题。并提出加强对卫生管理岗位人员的继续教育及不断完善卫生管理高级职称评价体系的建议。
This paper analyzes current situation of examination and evaluation senior professional and technical titles of health management inFujian province. It thinks that the system exists problems as difficult promotion of positional and technical titles in the staffs who were on managementpost, senior positional and technical titles evaluation experts database need to be enriched and perfected, lack of professionalizationhealth management continuing education and so on. It puts forward that improve the evaluation system of positional and technical titles and healthmanagement continuing education.
