摘要
卫技人员能否得到公平的职称和职级提升,对于提升卫技人员工作满意度、提高医院医疗水平等方面有重要的影响。绍兴市人民医院在人才考评体系设计、打破职称聘任终身制、建立能上能下的竞争机制上做出了积极的探索和实践,有效促进了医院人才队伍建设事业的稳健发展。
Whether health technicians can get a fair promotion of title and rank has an important impact on improving job satisfaction of health technicians and medical level of hospitals.Shaoxing People's Hospital has made active exploration and practice in the design of talent evaluation system,breaking the lifelong tenure system of professional titles,and establishing a competitive mechanism of competence,which has effectively promoted the steady development of hospital talent team construction.
