摘要
目的通过对黑龙江省2010—2019年突发公共卫生事件的分析,了解黑龙江省突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,为今后防控工作提供依据。方法收集黑龙江省2010—2019年突发公共卫生事件报告资料,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2010—2019年黑龙江省13个地市均有事件报告,共报告突发公共卫生事件314起,报告病例6 809例,死亡103例,病死率为1.51%。事件级别以Ⅳ级和未分级为主,分别占9.87%和88.54%。事件类型以空气污染为主,占51.91%;其次为传染病和食物中毒,分别占29.62%和15.61%。28.34%的事件发生在学校,发病3 859例,占全省突发公共卫生事件发病总数的56.67%。结论非职业性一氧化碳中毒是黑龙江省今后的防控重点,应加强健康宣教和防控措施,重点关注学校突发公共卫生事件,加强学校传染病防控工作,进一步提高黑龙江省突发公共卫生事件的监测和预警能力。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of public health emergencies through analyzing the public health emergencies in Heilongjiang from 2010 to 2019, and to provide scientific basis for the work of prevention and control in the future. Methods The data of public health emergencies reported in Heilongjiang province from 2010 to 2019 were collected and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 314 public health emergencies with 6809 cases and 103 deaths in all 13 cities were reported from 2010 to 2019, the case fatality rate was 1.51%. The major event grades were grade IV and unrated, accounting for 9.87% and 88.54%, respectively. The major event type was air pollution, accounting for 51.91%;followed by infectious diseases and food poisoning, accounting for 29.62% and 15.61%, respectively. There were 28.34% of the incidents occurred in schools, and the number of cases was 3859, accounting for 56.67% of the total number of cases in the province. Conclusion Non-occupational CO poisoning is the priority of prevention and control in Heilongjiang province in the future. Health education and prevention measures should be strengthened. Public health emergencies in schools should be given more attention. The prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools should be strengthened. The ability of monitoring and early warning of public health emergencies should be further improved in Heilongjiang province.
