广州市2012—2021年突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the epidemiologic feature of public health emergencies in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2021

摘要 目的了解广州市突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,为有效防控突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法从“突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统”获取广州市2012—2021年突发公共卫生事件信息,应用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果2012—2021年广州市共报告突发公共卫生事件3262起,发病64194例,罹患率为0.03%,年平均罹患率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)=253868.11,P<0.001);突发公共卫生事件类型以传染病事件为主共3209起,占98.38%。突发公共卫生事件起数排名前5的病种分别为新型冠状病毒肺炎、其他感染性腹泻、登革热、水痘和手足口病。广州市中心城区和周边地区突发公共卫生事件平均罹患率分别为0.13%、0.01%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=787502.08,P<0.001);学校是突发公共卫生事件发生的重要场所,共发生460起,占14.10%。结论广州市突发公共卫生事件以传染病类事件为主,需重视新冠肺炎疫情期间突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,在疫情高峰期加强学校的传染病防治。 Objective To understand the epidemiologic feature of public health emergencies in Guangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of public health emergencies.Methods The information on public health emergencies in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2021 was obtained from the"Public Health Emergency Management Information System",and SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 3262 public health emergencies were reported in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2021,with 64194 cases,and the attack rate was 0.03%.The average annual attack rate showed an increasing trend(χ^(2)=253868.11,P<0.001).The main type of public health emergencies was infectious disease events,a total of 3209 events,accounting for 98.38%.The top five diseases in the number of public health emergencies were COVID-19,other infectious diarrhea,dengue fever,chickenpox and hand-foot-mouth disease.The average attack rates of public health emergencies in the central and surrounding areas of Guangzhou were 0.13%and 0.01%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=787502.08,P<0.001).Schools were an important place for public health emergencies with 460 cases occurred,accounting for 14.10%.Conclusion The public health emergencies in Guangzhou are mainly infectious events.It is necessary to pay attention to the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies during the epidemic of COVID-19,and strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools during the peak period of the epidemic.
